Melissa Dunn
Therapy can be both practical and deeply reflective—a place to understand the patterns beneath your emotions and relationships.
Melissa provides a warm, grounded, and supportive space for individuals, couples, and families navigating anxiety, grief and loss, people-pleasing, neurodiversity, and relationship challenges.
About Melissa
A grounded space for deeper understanding and practical change.
Melissa helps clients recognize the patterns beneath difficult emotions and relationships, then build skills that support greater self-trust and connection.
She has a particular interest in OCD, anxious attachment, and the overwhelm, frustration, or disconnection that can accompany these experiences. Her work is collaborative and compassionate, with practical support for emotional regulation, communication, and boundaries.
Melissa also works with couples who feel caught in recurring cycles of conflict or miscommunication, as well as those navigating betrayal, emotional or physical disconnection, becoming parents, or supporting aging parents.
