She works with trauma and PTSD, complex trauma, anxiety, depression, ADHD, dissociation, relationship concerns, self-esteem, and life transitions. Her work is culturally responsive and grounded in each client's strengths and goals.

Tywanna moves at the client's pace and balances space for reflection with practical strategies for feeling more regulated, connected, and in control.
